Privacy Policy

Alpine Registration ("we", "us"), operated by OnSnowLive, runs this race-registration platform. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account email; athlete profiles you create (name, date of birth, gender, USSS/FIS IDs, club, emergency contact); registrations and waiver signatures (including the name typed and the IP address at signing, for legal record); and payment details, which are handled and stored by Stripe — we never store full card or bank numbers.

How we use it

To operate registration and payment, produce start lists for race organizers, validate USSS competitor IDs against the national points list, and send transactional email (sign-in links, confirmations, receipts, withdrawal and payment notices) via Resend.

Who sees your data

Race directors see the registrations, athlete details, and waiver compliance for their own events. Team captains given a link see only their club's start list. We do not sell personal data.

Children

Athlete profiles for minors are created and managed by a parent or guardian's account. Contact us to access or delete a profile.
