By using Alpine Registration you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account and the accuracy of the athlete information you enter, including legal names and USSS/FIS IDs used for race eligibility and scoring.
Payments & charges
You save a payment method at registration; you are charged on the event's stated charge date, in the event's timezone. Pricing shown at registration includes the entry fee plus platform and payment-processing fees. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Withdrawals & refunds
Before the charge date you may withdraw for free. After the charge date, refunds are at the race director's discretion under each event's stated refund policy. Refunds, when issued, return the entry fee; platform and processing fees are non-refundable.
Race directors
Directors are responsible for their events, accurate fees, sanctioning, refunds, and compliance with USSS rules. Funds are paid to directors through Stripe Connect, less platform and processing fees.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." Skiing and ski racing carry inherent risks; participation, eligibility, and safety are governed by the organizing club and USSS, not by this platform.
